This month we welcome our dear friend and practicing lawyer, Rick Marshall to help us shed some learned light on the recent legal issues plaguing the comics industry. We discuss the Ghost Rider legal battle and whether or not Alan Moore has any legal recourse against Before Wathcman. We also just get a good lesson on the basics of intellectual property and copyright law from someone with real fancy learnin'!
