Just a niiiice little chat about The Auteur, Elektra, and Origins II. In NO WAY does the latter part of this podcast threaten to bring about the demise of a friendship and the end of an era.
Since the battle lines were drawn I'm weighing in with opinions no one asked for. James, I have no problem with the Distillers but their best stuff can't touch Rancid's best stuff. Matt, sorry can't get down with any metalcore i've come in contact with. Would love to hear y'alls thoughts on Jawbreaker (band not movie.) I sort of have a man crush on Blake Schwarzenbach and think everything he's touched is great from Jawbreaker to Jets to Brazil down to forgetters.
